FAQs
Deposit
The deposit amount is determined according to the rental agreement and may vary depending on the insurance coverage selected.
Why We Require a Security Deposit
Based on our previous experience, a security deposit is required to protect against additional costs that may occur during the rental period, such as traffic fines, excessive cleaning, missing fuel, minor damages, or other unexpected situations.
Unfortunately, there have been cases where customers did not act responsibly, even though the vehicle and our service were provided to the highest standard.
The deposit is **not an additional charge**. It is fully refundable when the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental conditions, with no outstanding fines, damages, excessive cleaning costs, or fuel differences.
